We propose the following steps
1. Before starting the ritual, we recommend cleansing the skin. Then do not forget to activate the lymphatic system: pay attention to the lymph nodes with light pressure movements.
Apply your favorite massage cream or oil to provide enough gliding for the natural stone Gua Sha scraper throughout the session.
2. We start with a body massage. Follow the simple rules to make the Gua Sha ceremony more effective: we move strictly along the massage lines, hold the scraper at an angle of no more than 45 degrees, and adjust the pressure intensity depending on personal feelings. After completing the body Gua Sha massage, remove the remaining oil.
3. Let's move on to the facial Gua Sha massage. Here we shouldn't forget about the rules we mentioned in the paragraph above; we move from the center of the face to the periphery.
Please don't rush to remove the oil from your face as we continue our intense work ritual.
4. It's time to pay attention to the area around the eyes. A pair of natural agate mushrooms will help massage skin around the eyes delicately.
Thanks to their shape, we will be able to gently but effectively work out this area.Let's start with the lower eyelid, then move on to the upper one and finally work on the eyebrow area.
We move from the inner corner of the eye to the outer, then the temple and ear. Now you can thoroughly cleanse your face from cosmetic residue.
5. After you have cleansed your face, apply a skin toning product to your face. Then we will start massaging the face with a natural agate face roller, which will further activate the circulatory system, which will help your skin to absorb the products better.
Facial roller massage should also be performed along the massage lines; please follow the instructions included in the kit. Apply an emulsion, leave-in mask, or face cream to your face when finished.
6. Our beauty ceremony has come to an end. Now you can wash natural stone massage products under running water using soap, dry them, and put them in a cotton makeup bag for storage.
