We hope you’ll be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on personal-use items such as gua sha tools, hair combs, eye patches and sleep masks.

If your item arrives damaged or broken, please send us a clear photo within 7 days of receiving the product so we can assist you accordingly.

1. It is important that you contact Customer Care to initiate your return/exchange before you send in a return or exchange.
   

2. For your convenience, we will provide a return label issued to the original purchaser.

3. Please use the label that was sent to you and safely pack the products and include the return form.
