Shipping Information.
We currently ship Worldwide. Products will be shipped through the delivery service you choose while placing an Order to the address indicated in the Order as follows:

a)    STANDARD DELIVERY USA: the order will be processed and shipped within 2 business days starting from the date of your Order confirmation email. Standard Delivery usually takes 1-7 business days depending on the destination. Orders of 100 USD or more are eligible for free standard delivery. A shipping fee (USD $4.99) will apply to Standard Delivery Orders under $100 USD. 

b)    EXPRESS DELIVERY USA: the order will be shipped within 2 business days starting from the date of your Order confirmation email. Express Delivery usually takes 1-3 business days depending on the destination. A shipping fee of $16.00 will apply if you select the EXPRESS Delivery service while placing the purchase Order.

c)   INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING prices will vary according to the destination country. cure. cannot refund/reimburse for any duties, takes or broker fees incurred for international shipments which are determined by customs from each country. 

 ! cure. is not responsible for delays or mistakes in shipping deliveries that include, but are not limited to the following: customs delays, natural occurrences, air/ground transportation strikes/delays or transfers to international carriers. 

! cure. is not liable for any delays in shipment or for any failure of shipment due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

Refund Information.
We hope you’ll be completely satisfied with your products and we will accept any full size product, unused and in the original packaging within 30 days of initial purchase. 
! Please note that hair combs, sleeping masks are not returnable or exchangeable. 

Follow the following steps to start a return or an exchange:

  1. It is important that you contact Customer Care to initiate your return/exchange and before you send in a return or exchange.
  2. Complete the return form which is included in your box. Returns and exchanges can only be processed if our Return/Exchange form is included, and the desired action is specified.
  3. For your convenience we will provide a return label issued to the original purchaser.
  4. Please use the label that was sent to you and safely pack the products and include the return form. 

What if I received an order with broken items, missing items, or my package is missing?

Please get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible after receiving your delivery or when you notice a package is missing after receiving our delivery confirmation email. For missing packages marked delivered to the address on order, we require a minimum of 2 business days to file a claim with the carrier before sending a replacement. We can not assist with items that arrived broken, missing items, and missing packages outside of the 30-day return/exchange policy timeframe and without a photo of the broken items and/or package.
